====== Introduction ======

The Mathematical Optimization Laboratory researches "Optimization Theory and Its Applications to Mathematical Information Science". In particular, we focus on devising iterative algorithms for solving practical optimization problems, studying their convergence properties, and implementing them by means of computers and programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, and MATLAB.
